Biography

Clara Swinson is Second Permanent Secretary in the Cabinet Office overseeing the聽Mission Delivery Unit, the Economic and Domestic Affairs Secretariat and 10 Data Science. She was Director General for Global Health at the Department of Health and Social Care between November 2016 and September 2024.
