Use this form to acknowledge service of a claim under Part 20 of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) in the London Commercial Court.

If you have been served with a claim made under in the London Commercial Court, you must complete and return this form in the time stated on the claim. You can send it to the court using the E-Filing service.
If you do not reply, the claimant may ask the court to enter judgment against you.
You may either:
- admit all or part of the claim; or
- dispute the claim
