Common Frameworks set out how the UK Government, Scottish Government, Welsh Government and Northern Ireland Executive work together across a range of devolved policy areas. Frameworks do not set out policy themselves; rather, they are non-statutory documents setting out how officials across the UK work together. This is a process evaluation of Common Frameworks to understand how these are working in practice.
