Details

In January 2025, the Chancellor of the Exchequer announced a review of the Green Book and how it is used to support fair, objective and transparent appraisal of projects outside of London and the south-east of England. The conclusions of the Green Book Review were published alongside the Spending Review on 11 June 2025. 聽It sets out that the Green Book, and the way that it is used, need to change.
