Details
Departmental accounting officers must produce an assessment of all projects or programmes which form part of the Government鈥檚 Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP).
They are assessed against the 4 accounting officer standards as expected by Parliament and the public for use of public resources:
- regularity
- propriety
- value for money
- feasibility
