The aim of a European Grouping of Territorial Co-operation (EGTC) is to improve economic, social and territorial relations across the EU by reducing the administrative burden involved.

The guidance sets out:

  • how to participate in an EGTC
  • how to form a UK registered EGTC
  • reporting responsibilities of a UK registered EGTC
