The report synthesises research and analyses evaluating measures introduced by the Elections Act 2022, covering measures relating to voter identification, accessibility, absent voting, overseas electors and digital imprints.

The findings relate to the implementation and impact of the measures at the 4 July 2024 UK Parliamentary General Election. It follows the Year 1 Report, covering voter identification requirements and accessibility measures at the May 2023 local elections, and the public opinion research published in February 2025.
