The UK and Scottish governments will work collaboratively with partners in Falkirk to deliver a Growth Deal that will help to transform its economy. This 鈥淗eads of Terms鈥� document defines the broad activities to be supported, subject to approval of full business cases that confirm these activities are viable, value for money, sustainable and subsidy control compliant to the satisfaction of both governments. This Heads of Terms document does not form a legally binding contract.

The investment of 拢40 million from the UK Government and 拢40 million from the Scottish Government and a contribution of 拢50.8 million from the local partners will result in a Growth Deal package worth up to 拢130.8 million for the region.
