These maps show the Investment Zone tax sites within East Midlands Investment Zone. These sites are designated and recognised in law as geographical areas where businesses can benefit from tax reliefs to bring investment, trade and jobs.
The tax sites for East Midlands Investment Zone have been designated with effect from 26 February 2025.
Tax site locations
The 3 tax sites within the East Midlands Investment Zone are:
- Infinity Park
- Hartington
- Explore Park — formally known as Centre of Excellence for Modern Construction (CEMC)
The published attachments of the tax site maps show the exact locations of the tax sites.
Infinity Park is located 5 miles south of Derby city centre and has access from junction 3 (J3) of the A50. It is near the M1 and East Midlands Airport.
Hartington tax site is located roughly 2 miles from junction 30 (J30) of the M1. The southern edge of the site extends across the north boundary of Staveley and lies around 1.5 miles to the east of Chesterfield town centre.
Explore Park is located 5 miles from J30 of the M1. It is just west of Worksop town centre.
