These maps show the Investment Zone tax sites within West Midlands Investment Zone. These sites are designated and recognised in law as geographical areas where businesses can benefit from tax reliefs to bring investment, trade and jobs.
The tax sites for West Midlands Investment Zone have been designated with effect from 8 April 2024.
Tax site locations
The 2 tax sites within the West Midlands Investment Zone are:
- Birmingham Knowledge Quarter
- West Midlands Giga Park

Birmingham Knowledge Quarter covers multiple locations in the area of both Birmingham City University and Aston University. The main A38(M) provides access to A4540 which can be used to access the multiple locations.
West Midlands Giga Park is located north and largely to the south of the A45 Stonebridge Highway. It covers locations next to Baginton Fields school and Coventry airport. Coventry is roughly 3.5 miles north.
