  1. Added guidance on using the portal to administer the Electric Car Grant.

  2. Wheelchair accessible vehicle grant limit updated.

  3. Portal user responsibilities section updated to reflect what to do when a dealer leaves the business or moves to a different dealership.

  4. The plug-in car grant is no longer available with the exception of wheelchair accessible vehicles.

  5. Guidance amended for new rates of £2,500 for small vans and £5,000 for large vans and 1,000 order limit per end customer. This update also adds a wheelchair accessible vehicle grant limit section and a definition of linked enterprises.

  6. The guidance has been updated to reflect the changes to the plug-in grant schemes announced on 18 March 2021.

  7. Removal of paragraph 2.8, which was duplicated in paragraph 3.2. Clarification that rebates were included as a discount for calculating purchase price which can be found in paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3. Update to the grant rates given on the template invoice in Annex A.
