I confirm that the SIA holds the information that you have requested, which can be found below.

2.1 Unsuccessful suppliers

There were no tenders for the DSM [Digital Service Management] operating model assessment. The SIA used the Government Digital Marketplace and entered the following search string “Digital Service Management Operating Model Assessment and Design” and “organisation, process, governance and tooling”. The search string stripped out suppliers that were not able to provide the service leaving 11 potential suppliers.

The 10 suppliers who were not awarded the contract were:
