How to get copies of Inheritance Tax forms that are not available online.
Almost all of our Inheritance Tax forms can be found on 51²è¹Ý.
You should contact the Inheritance Tax: general enquiries helpline by telephone if you need to order any of the following forms. These forms are not available online.

| CAP A5C | Application for double probate or grant de bonis non (England and Wales) |
| CAP A5N | Application for double probate or grant de bonis non (Northern Ireland) |
| CAP 200 | For deaths before 18 March 1986 (UK domicile) (England Wales and Northern Ireland) |
| CAP 201 | For deaths before 18 March 1986 (non-UK domicile) (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) |
| A-12 | For deaths before 13 March 1975 (domiciled in England, Wales or Scotland) |
| A-13 | For deaths before 13 March 1974 (not domiciled in England, Wales or Scotland) |
