Report your use of the bluetongue serotype 3 (BTV-3) vaccine
Use this service to report using the鈥疊TV-3 vaccine in England or Wales.
Applies to England and Wales
You must report your use of the BTV-3 vaccine. It is against the law to use the vaccine without reporting it.
Before you report
To use this service, you鈥檒l need the:听
- County Parish Holding (CPH) number for the location where the vaccinated animals are registered听
- address of the holding where the animals are registered听
- batch numbers of the vaccines administered to the animals听
- official unique identifiers of any animals you have vaccinated

Once you鈥檝e reported use of the BTV-3鈥� vaccine using this service, you cannot view or change your answers.听
Advisory note for veterinarians听
Veterinarians in England and Wales should read the advisory note for England or the (as appropriate) before prescribing any BTV-3 惫补肠肠颈苍别.听
