Get help applying to the EU Settlement Scheme
If your case is complex
Your application may be complex if, for example, you were a victim of domestic violence, human trafficking or modern slavery.
If you’re not sure if your case is complex, contact Migrant Help, Settled, Citizens Advice Scotland or Advice NI first. They’ll tell you if you need to contact an organisation who can help with complex cases and may be able to refer you.
