The supply balance certificate should only have been issued where the quantity of basic products referred to in Article 11 of Regulation 3448/93 are to be processed into one of the products listed in Annex B to Commission Regulation 1520/2000.
The certificate issued by the RPA (or equivalent) will be made up of two originals, copies 1 and 2. It will conform to the specimens set out in Annex I to Regulation 1291/2000 (Import certificate AGRIM) specifically modified.
The RPA (or equivalent) will check to ensure that the correct modifications are made to the certificate. However you should ensure that Sections 7, 8 and 19 of the certificate are deleted and that Section 24 carries the following text:
The certificate will be issued on the basis of a specific quantity of basic products. The last day of validity will be entered in box 12 of the certificate.
