The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as there is insufficient creepage and clearance distance between circuits, and it does not meet required insulation requirements. The product also has a fuse link which does not conform to BS 1362 and is incorrectly earthed. Improvements are also required to documentation and marking.  Â
