If you have been served with a claim in the London Commercial Court, you must complete and return this form in the time stated on the claim. You can send it to the court using the E-Filing service.

If you do not file an acknowledgment of service, the court may enter a judgment against you. The court may add costs and interest to the amount claimed on the front of the claim form.

Open a document

Follow these steps:

2. Right-click on the document link then select ‘Save link as’ or ‘Download linked file’.
3. Save the form (in your ‘documents’ folder, for example).
4. Open Adobe Reader and then select the saved form.
